Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Data Specialist to join our team in Manila. You will prepare daily reports, ensure articles are properly sectioned, and communicate with the customer's designated contact to support day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes strong English writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers and train teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience (Mass Communications, Journalism, Literature is a plus).
• Excellent comprehension and written English communication skills.
• At least one year experience in a similar function (e.g. editing, abstracting).
• Highly analytical and driven to achieve objectives; organized and well motivated.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily report following the prescribed format and guidelines.
• Ensure that all articles are in their proper sections.
• Communicate with Customer’s designated contact person for day to day operations.
• Coordinate with Customer any issues encountered in executing the processes.
• Train and lead any additional team members.
• Monitor daily tasks based on Key Performance Indicators.
• Build up the procedures manual.
• Receive the data set and project brief from Customer.
• Prepare the production estimates and project schedule.
• Code the data set provided within the required parameters in the project brief.
