Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Data Scientist to join The Finance Center in BGC, Manila. The role uses advanced analytics, ML, AI and cloud technologies to transform data into actionable business insights and scalable solutions.

You will develop, validate and deploy ML models, analyze structured and unstructured data, and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and dashboards. This hybrid role expects 2–3 days on-site weekly and offers strong growth in data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• AWS, Machine Learning, or Data Science certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
• Apply statistical, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques to solve business problems.
• Source, prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and model performance evaluation.
• Integrate machine learning and Generative AI solutions into business processes and workflows.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and continuous innovation.
