Job Title: Data Science Staff

Location: Manila, Philippines

Contract: 9 months

Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 RTO/ week

Shift: regular PH hours

The Global Marketing Operations Technology & Database team is seeking an experienced manager-level contractor to lead marketing data stewardship, database health, operational observability, and governance initiatives.

This role is responsible for maintaining the trust, quality, completeness, and usability of client's global marketing database supporting Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Openprise, Data Cloud and related marketing technology platforms.

The successful candidate will drive database health monitoring, data quality improvement, activation readiness, governance execution, data catalog management, incident investigation, and operational support activities that enable demand generation, campaign execution, SDR activation, and marketing measurement. The role partners closely with Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Data Strategy, Architecture, and Digital & Information Operations (DIO) teams.

Key Responsibilities

Database Health & Quality

• Own database health monitoring and operational observability.
• Identify and remediate data quality issues, anomalies, invalid records, duplicate records, and spam patterns.
• Improve lead and contact completeness, normalization, accuracy, and consistency.
• Establish and monitor data health metrics and operational dashboards.
• Investigate root causes of recurring data quality issues.

Data Stewardship & Governance

• Maintain the Global Marketing Data Catalog and associated data dictionaries.
• Support implementation and enforcement of marketing data governance standards.
• Support privacy, consent, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Document data definitions, business rules, processes, and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve trust and usability of marketing data assets.

Activation Readiness & Marketing Operations Support

• Improve lead and contact readiness for campaigns, SDR engagement, and nurture programs.
• Support audience segmentation, targeting, and operational data requirements.
• Partner with campaign operations teams to improve data quality throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support No Lead Left Behind (NLLB) and related activation initiatives.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of marketing data incidents.
• Develop monitoring, automation, reporting, and alerting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support Salesforce, MCAE, Openprise, Data Cloud, and related platform operations.
• Drive adoption of self-service capabilities that reduce operational support demand.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, CRM administration, marketing operations, or data quality management.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale customer and marketing data.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
