The role emphasizes automation, scalable data pipelines, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders on project-driven reporting and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Ability to design and maintain data warehouses or data lakes for scalable analytics.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools.
• Knowledge of data quality checks, governance policies, and data security principles.
• Experience communicating with onshore/offshore stakeholders on projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from databases, APIs, and flat files; ensure data quality.
• Design and build ETL processes to transform data for reporting.
• Design and maintain data warehouses or data lakes with proper schema design.
• Create interactive dashboards/reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with analysts to define reporting requirements and deliverables.
• Develop automated solutions for data processing and reporting tasks.
