Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Engineer to design reliable data solutions, build dashboards, and automate reporting across multiple business units. You will own data models, ETL processes, and governance, collaborating with onshore stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics.

You will work with SQL, SAS, Tableau/Power BI, and data warehouses, ensuring accuracy and security while delivering actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' experience with SAS, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated automation initiatives delivering measurable business benefits.
• At least 1 year in financial services, preferably insurance.
• Experience in consulting or shared-services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data engineering and management across multiple sources.
• Extract data from databases, APIs, and flat files; ensure accuracy.
• Develop, maintain ETL processes and data models.
• Design data warehouses/lakes and optimize DB performance.
• Create complex reports and dashboards via Tableau/Power BI.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Establish data governance and security controls.
• Automate data processing and reporting; monitor pipelines.
