Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Engineer to join the Data, Analytics & AI team. You will ingest, transform, and structure data, build robust ETL pipelines, and deliver intuitive dashboards for key stakeholders.

The role demands collaboration with onshore business partners, strong data governance, and engagement in automation initiatives to scale analytics solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SAS, SQL, Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
• 1 year in financial services or insurance domain is preferred.
• Proven automation initiatives delivering measurable benefits.
• Experience in global/shared services or consulting environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Quantitative studies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and structure data across diverse sources.
• Build ETL pipelines and ensure data quality and reliability.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with onshore partners to design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead automation and scalable analytics initiatives across projects.
• Document pipelines, data models, and reporting workflows.
• Monitor performance, tune queries, and implement governance controls.
• Provide agile-driven project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
