Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate reporting, trend analysis, and data visualization across finance, operations, risk, or shared services environments.

The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets into digestible reports and dashboards, with proficiency in SQL and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal systems.
• Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operations, financial planning, or risk management.
• Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.
• Translate raw data into business-friendly visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity; identify discrepancies and assist in resolution.
• Support data-driven decision-making by preparing trend analyses and forecasting models.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and processes.
• Assist in automation of recurring reports and contribute to continuous process improvement.
