Our Clients is seeking an experienced BI Reporting Associate Manager to lead reporting initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and support business improvement efforts. You will develop insightful reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and manage a team delivering accurate BI solutions.

The role requires leading reporting projects, maintaining documentation, and mentoring team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience leading or managing a reporting or analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of reporting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage business improvement and reporting-related projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure reporting processes comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reporting audits to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide analytical support by interpreting business data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve reporting-related issues in a timely manner.
• Develop statistical models and reporting controls to improve operational efficiency and reduce business risks.
• Support complex reporting requests and escalations.
• Maintain reporting documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor reporting performance and recommend process improvements.
• Lead daily team operations, prioritize workload, and ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.
• Coach and mentor team members while identifying training and development opportunities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication within the team.
