Job summary

Accenture in Manila is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into interactive insights. You will wrangle, analyze, and prepare data to deliver timely, actionable findings and build dashboards and BI assets that inform decision making.

You will translate business needs into analytical tasks, use SQL for large datasets, Python or R for deeper analysis and automation, and collaborate with consultants and data engineers to test logic and refine solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data or analytics role (customer-facing a plus).
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Working knowledge of BI/reporting tools, data modeling, ETL, and analytical/warehouse architectures.
• Experience with large enterprise datasets and ability to learn internal analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle, analyze, and prepare data to deliver relevant, timely, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and BI artifacts.
• Translate business requirements into analytical tasks, surfacing data gaps or ambiguities.
• Run data extraction, preparation, validation, recurring analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Use SQL to work with large datasets; use Python or R for deeper analysis and automation.
• Build and maintain reports, workflows, and analytical data structures using internal BI tools.
• Use GenAI and AI-powered visualization to enable dialog with data.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and data engineers to test logic and refine solutions.
