Qualifications

• Two years of college or vocational training in customer care.
• Experience in call center or QA within contact center industry.
• English proficiency and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviews case documentation and uses resources to confirm accuracy.
• Supports quality control and data accuracy of staff interactions.
• Maintains and processes electronic records with high attention to detail.
• Reviews large volumes of feedback and documents complaints per process.
• Runs and analyzes daily, weekly, monthly reports; communicates results to stakeholders.
• Meets performance timelines while prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal direction.
• Keeps product knowledge up to date and shares insights with the team.
• Builds relationships across the organization to provide updates and reporting.
• Proposes service/process improvements to support operational excellence.
