Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a data-focused professional to encode, update, and organize large datasets across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. You will review submissions for accuracy and coordinate corrections for duplicates, missing, or inconsistent records.

You will clean and validate data before analysis, prepare daily to monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets, and create dashboards to monitor trends and discrepancies for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Encode, update, organize, and maintain large volumes of data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify duplicate, missing, or inconsistent records and coordinate corrections when necessary.
• Clean, organize, and validate datasets before analysis or reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools.
• Analyze basic trends, patterns, and discrepancies in operational data.
• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and data-monitoring files.
• Perform data reconciliation and cross-check information from multiple sources.
• Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and data documentation.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and follow company data-security procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify or verify questionable data.
• Assist management with ad hoc data requests, summaries, and analysis.
• Recommend improvements to data-entry and reporting processes where applicable.
