Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Associate to support reporting, analysis, and financial planning activities. You will work with data to generate insights, assist in forecasting, and help ensure accurate information for business decisions.

The role requires proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with exposure to budgeting and variance analysis. Strong teamwork and communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, finance support, or related work is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to financial planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating financial and operational data.
• Support basic financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
• Help prepare periodic reports, summaries, and performance updates.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Assist in variance analysis and identification of key trends and drivers.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and visual reports using BI tools.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting-related data preparation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and business data.
• Collaborate with team members on reporting requirements and data requests.
• Provide support in documentation and administrative tasks related to reporting and planning.
