Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an experienced Data QA Engineer to drive end-to-end QA activities for data and integration projects in a Manila metro setup. The role demands 5+ years in QA and hands-on expertise in test automation, SQL, and AI-assisted testing tools.

You will partner with analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality delivery. The position involves designing test strategies, building automated suites, and leveraging CI/CD for efficient deployments

Qualifications

• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and SQL/database testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Snowflex Cortex, Claude code.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, test strategy, and test execution across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and regression test suites.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test automation, test case generation, defect detection, and overall QA productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in test automation frameworks and Strong SQL skills and database testing experience
