Job summary

Behind every successful school photo day is a team ensuring every detail is right, from accurate student records to correctly matched photographs and print-ready production jobs.

Our client, an established Australian school photography business, is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Production Specialist to join its remote team for the 2026–27 school photography season.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and learning new systems. You'll play an important role in preparing school photography jobs, managing student and staff records, configuring production systems and completing quality checks to ensure jobs are accurate before progressing to print.

Structured training and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, clean and organise student and staff data using Excel.
• Import records into Timestone and configure production jobs, including class groups, templates, school logos and colours.
• Match student and staff photographs to the correct records following photo day.
• Perform quality checks, investigate discrepancies and resolve data issues before jobs progress to print.
• Prepare and render completed jobs once the required approvals have been received.
• Maintain accurate production records, follow established procedures and manage multiple jobs against deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in data entry, data processing, administration, data analysis or a similar role.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with structured data.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working at pace.
• Good written English and professional communication skills.
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently from home.
• Willingness and availability to work paid overtime and occasional weekends when required during peak season.

Experience with Timestone, image-matching software or IT systems is advantageous but not essential.

Training and Support

You’ll receive structured training over approximately two months, including practice jobs and system familiarisation, along with ongoing training, guidance and support to help you succeed.

Working Hours

• Fully remote, working from the Philippines.
• Shift start times ranging from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT
• Peak production periods generally run from late January through to mid-year, when additional hours and occasional weekend work are required.

Approved overtime is paid in accordance with the agreed contractor terms.
