Responsibilities

• Provides data process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Assists clients via phone, email, chat or other channels—answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing information.
• Handles and processes product/service orders/requests and changes.
• Enters and updates transactional information into databases or systems.
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and nurtures relationships with clients, franchises and stakeholders.
• Escalates complex issues per protocol and may have direct client interface.
