INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. in Pasig is seeking a data privacy professional to lead the privacy program and ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and international standards.

This mid-level role bridges technical operations with regulatory requirements to protect sensitive data for global clients and local depositors. The role drives PIAs, policy updates, DSAs, and Data Subject Requests, while conducting staff privacy training and building a culture of Privacy by Design within

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, or Information Security.
• Banking/FinTech or BPO/IT-BPM sector experience mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: NPC DPO ACE Level 1 or 2; IAPP (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT).
• Strong IT infrastructure, encryption, and data lifecycle management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance with the DPA, its IRR, and NPC circulars.
• PIA: Lead privacy impact assessments for new bank products, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Incident Management: Act as lead for Data Breach Response Team and regulatory notifications.
• Policy Development: Draft/update Privacy Manuals, Consent Forms, DSAs for cross-border transfers.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct privacy training, emphasize Privacy by Design in service processes.
• Regulatory Liaison: Main contact for NPC and handle Data Subject Requests (DSRs).
