MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Data Platform Lead to oversee the data platform, governance, and analytics initiatives across the organization. The role drives data architecture, security, and data ownership, partnering with stakeholders to align programs with business goals.

The candidate will lead data pipelines, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring data quality and compliance across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/statistics, and business information systems
• 10+ years IT / data analysis and management experience, including 5+ years as a data function leader
• Strong experience in data analysis or data management activities
• Experience in data management programs and business analytics or data visualization software

Responsabilidades

• Lead testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.
• Lead issue resolution for data escalations in data warehouse/platform.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and lead architectural strategies and implementation.
• Drive and deliver programs and prioritized initiatives in data platform and governance.
• Strengthen the data-driven culture and data ownership within the organization.
• Own MediCard Data Platform(s), ensuring performance, security, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the data platform roadmap and reporting needs.
