Qualifications

• 10+ years IT / data analysis and management experience
• 5+ years as data function leader
• Experience in data governance, data warehousing, analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of data loads, pipelines, and DB schema changes
• Lead issue resolution for data escalations in data warehouse/platform
• Develop and implement comprehensive Data Governance framework and policies
• Ensure data requirements and capabilities are supported; drive architecture strategies
• Drive programs in data platform and governance to meet roadmaps and KPIs
• Strengthen data-driven culture and data ownership across the organization
• Own MediCard Data Platform(s); ensure security, performance, and data integrity
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define and execute the data platform roadmap
• Support business units with data extraction and reporting needs
• Data program management: track actual vs planned timelines/budgets
• Communicate with stakeholders and partners to deliver data services

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads team in testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.
• Leads team in issue resolution for data escalations in use of data warehouse / platform
• Develops and implements comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.
• Drives and delivers programs and prioritized initiatives in data platform and governance to achieve roadmap plans and KPIs.
• Strengthens the data-driven culture and mindset, also the data ownership within the organization.
• Owner of MediCard Data Platform/s, ensuring optimal performance, compliance to security standards, and data integrity to protect both the organization and our customers data
• Aligns with AIAPH and Group stakeholders to define and execute the data platform roadmap to address metrics and provides progress of key programs and initiatives.
• Enables and supports the business functions’ data extraction and reporting requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Business skills:
  1. Team leadership: ability to engage and retain team and drive performance delivery
  2. Stakeholder management and communication
  3. Project and process management
• Technical skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/ statistics, and business information systems
  2. At least 10 years experience in IT / data analysis and management including 5+ years professional experience as a data function leader
  3. Strong experience in data analysis or data management activities
  4. Experience in data management programs and business analytics or data visualization software
