Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in Anti-Money Laundering and KYC. Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in KYC within financial services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of KYC policies, AML regulations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with ability to identify root causes, trends and risk indicators.
• Proven capability to analyse large volumes of data and documentation and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on driving efficiency, quality and risk mitigation across the KYC lifecycle.
• High attention to detail, strong critical thinking and sound risk management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Analyst - Anti-Money Laundering and KYC

Join our Counterparty Lifecycle Management team, which is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and updates for our corporate clients, maintaining high standard of quality and efficiency.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.
