Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on SAP data migration lead to drive end-to-end migrations. The role requires expertise in SAP BODS, data profiling, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping across SAP S/4HANA environments.

You will plan, execute, and validate migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage cutover and go-live. Strong stakeholder management and proven delivery in multi-cycle migrations are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP BODS experience across end-to-end data migration lifecycle.
• Proven ability to plan, extract, transform, load, validate and go-live migrations.
• Expertise in data profiling and data cleansing to identify duplicates, missing or inconsistent data.
• Experience in source-to-target data mapping and applying conversion rules.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation.
• Experience in migration testing, data validation and reconciliation across cycles.
• Ability to manage migration cutover, go-live and post-migration validation.
• Strong migration leadership and stakeholder management across technical/functional teams.

Description:
Strong hands-on SAP BODS experience to lead end-to-end data migration activities.

Experience across the full SAP data migration lifecycle, from planning and data extraction through transformation, loading, validation and go-live.

Strong knowledge of data profiling and data cleansing, including identifying duplicates, missing, invalid and inconsistent data.

Experience in source-to-target data mapping and transformation, including applying business and data conversion rules.

Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation, preferably involving legacy SAP and/or non-SAP source systems.

Experience in migration testing, data validation and reconciliation across multiple migration cycles.

Ability to manage migration cutover and go-live, including final data loads, issue resolution and post-migration validation.

Strong migration leadership and stakeholder management, coordinating technical/functional teams, timelines, dependencies, risks and migration deliverables.
