Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance / Migration Consultant to support data transformation and migration projects. The role requires hands-on SAP MDG, migration tools, and BI/warehousing knowledge with client-facing responsibilities.

You will participate in diagnostics, design operating models, develop implementation plans, and ensure solutions meet client requirements across engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience in SAP Master Data Management, Governance, and/or Migration.
• Consulting experience or exposure to internal projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related qualification in a relevant field.

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced candidates with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Management, Governance, and Migration to support business transformation and data management projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with hands‑on exposure to SAP Master Data Migration and related tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver business transformation projects.
• Conduct diagnostic and assessment activities and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Support operating model design and implementation.
• Develop strategies, future‑state processes, and organizational designs using best practices.
• Develop implementation plans for recommended solutions.
• Support process, organizational, and change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP Master Data Governance

• Strong experience in Master Data Management / Governance.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Master Data Migration.
• SAP ABAP skills.
• Experience developing or configuring RICEFWs for SAP MDG requirements.
• Experience with SAP workflows, BRF, and FPM.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG data models, CVI, MDG architecture, Flex vs. Reuse modes, and deployment approaches.

SAP BusinessObjects / BODS

• Experience building extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading jobs using SAP BODS.
• SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with lookup functions, joins, query mapping, case functions, merge/map operations, and validations.

SAP Master Data Migration

• Experience with LSMW or ABAP-based migration programs.
• Knowledge of SAP tables associated with different data objects.
• Experience performing mock conversions through production loads.

SAP S/4HANA Migration

• Experience with LTMC / SAP Migration Cockpit or ABAP-based migration programs.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and tables.
• Experience performing mock conversions through production loads for S/4HANA migration projects.

Syniti Master Data Migration

• Experience configuring transformation rules and reports using Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM).
• Knowledge of SAP tables behind different data objects.
• Experience performing mock conversions and production loads using Syniti.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience in SAP Master Data Management, Governance, and/or Migration.
• Previous consulting experience or exposure to internal project work is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field.
