Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst - CRM to support a large-scale migration program for a B2B AU Telco client. You will execute data migration activities, ensure data quality, and support tranche deliveries.

Collaborating with an Australia-based Migration Lead and global teams, you will work on CRM platforms, manage data validation, and contribute to governance and reporting while maintaining high data integrity in a fast‑paced, offshore delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in data migration or CRM projects
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM
• Advanced Excel and big data experience
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
• Ability to work with international teams

Responsibilities

Your Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands‑on Data Migration Specialist (CRM) to support a large-scale customer migration program. You will play a key role in executing data migration activities, ensuring high data quality, and supporting tranche‑based deliveries.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a global transformation project, collaborating closely with an experienced Migration Lead based in Australia, and gaining exposure to enterprise CRM platforms and international delivery standards.

As a Data Migration Analyst - CRM, you will:

Migration Execution (Hands‑On)

• Execute data migration activities across multiple tranches (extraction, transformation, loading, and validation).
• Support migration runs aligned with business timelines and system readiness.
• Work with large datasets to ensure accurate and timely migration into the target CRM system.

Data Quality & Validation

• Cleanse, prepare, and validate customer data prior to migration.
• Perform reconciliation and post‑migration checks to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and support resolution with technical teams.
• Work closely with the Australia‑based Migration Lead to deliver migration milestones.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams across technology, data, and business functions.
• Support readiness tracking, including identifying risks, gaps, and blockers.

Governance & Reporting

• Follow structured migration frameworks, including tranche controls and gate approvals.
• Update dashboards and reports to track migration progress and issues.
• Escalate risks and blockers clearly and proactively.

What You Need:

Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in data migration, CRM projects, or system implementations
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar
• Exposure to structured or phased project delivery
• Experience working with international teams is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel, experience working with big data
• Solid experience in data analysis tools
• Understanding of data validation techniques
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or middleware tools is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proactive mindset with the ability to raise issues early
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills for working with global stakeholders
• Can work independently and collaborate effectively with virtual teams
