Job summary

Responsibilities

Maintain daily production output and update the dashboard.
Collaborate with SME to develop training plans for new hires and conduct refresher courses.
Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
Coach team members to meet KPIs and company policies.
Ensure compliance with information security policies.
Manage data retrieval and allocations for team members.
Handle administrative tasks and coordination with stakeholders.
