Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Tanauan, Batangas to lead and develop a small HR team. You will guide junior members, ensure clear communication, and drive people-centric initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws, business acumen, and leadership skills to define plans, budgets, and monitor performance. Onsite work with a compressed, Monday-to-Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 2 years HR experience or 5 years in other HR areas.
• Strong knowledge of business acumen and Philippines employment laws.
• Leadership competencies: decision making, engagement, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Guide junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information.
• Define semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
• Supervise and ensure subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated in a timely and objective manner.
• Summarize and analyze human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
• Maintain, review, and enhance HRIS and connected systems.
• Create and conduct training on HRIS/DMA matters.

• Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.

• With 2 years of related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.
• With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
• Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
