Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a strategic ESG Education and Community Relations professional to develop and manage ESG education programs and strengthen corporate reputation through community initiatives. The role involves coordinating with ESG representatives, benchmarking ESG initiatives, and reporting program outcomes.

Candidates should have a 4-year degree and 3+ years in administrative roles, with CSR exposure and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year college course.
• At least 3 years of administrative-related experience; background in community relations is a plus.
• Background in CSR and community programs that align with the company's mission, values, and long-term business strategy.
• Good people management, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
