Job summary

Datacom in the Philippines is seeking a Reporting Analyst to integrate data, develop, maintain and improve operational report forms and dashboards, and provide analysis as required.

You will build data-driven reports, ensure governance in Power BI, and collaborate with teams across APAC in a hybrid setup at BGC Taguig. The role emphasizes turning complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions, and delivering well-documented technical briefs.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Power BI development and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of DAX.
• Experience with Power Apps, ServiceNow, and modern data platforms (AWS/Snowflake).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
• Develop and examine data to locate and resolve anomalies
• Collect and analyse data for reports
• Create effective business reports that provide insight
• Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting
• Develop creative solutions to complexities in the analysis
• Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development and governance
• Evaluate existing dashboards and recommendations for redesigns is needed
• Prepare clear written communications, briefs and technical documents
