Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data collection, management, and analytics for internal and client-facing reporting. You will develop dashboards and reports, enabling operations and clients to understand deliverables and outputs.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in reporting and data analytics, with strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and related MS tools; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication to convey information to customers.
• 1–2 years of related reporting and data analytics experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel.
• Advantage: SharePoint, PowerApps, Access, VBA Macros and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop new reports as required and maintain existing reports for Service Desk and TEM.
• Implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to KPIs in complex data sets.
• Identify anomalies in various data sources.
• Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.
• Develop ad hoc analysis or reports and communicate insights to business teams.
• Other related duties as assigned.
