Job summary

Aon in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the APAC Data & Analytics function. You will deliver analytics, reporting, and insight generation with a focus on Power BI, SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable insights that support better decisions. You will design and develop dashboards, perform data profiling, ensure data quality, and work with Databricks or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in business, IT, economics, statistics, CS, or data analytics.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting or data solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data querying, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Practical Python experience for data analysis, automation or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into analytical outputs and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data across complex datasets.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and data issue investigation to support reporting.
• Collaborate with technology and data platform teams to troubleshoot reporting or data issues.
