Job summary

ContactPoint360 is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Cebu-based team. You will build robust Sigma reports, deliver insights across case development and operations, and collaborate with legal and operational teams to influence decision-making.

The role requires a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and a keen eye for trends. You’ll forecast client workups and measure productivity to drive improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tools (Sigma preferred).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Sigma Computing to support leadership, case management, and legal operations teams.
• Examine client workup data to uncover trends and key factors influencing case quality and successful outcomes.
• Build forecasting models to estimate the number of clients expected to move forward in the case workup process.
• Perform productivity assessments to measure the performance of case management teams and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization.
• Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to improve data sources and strengthen reporting infrastructure.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
