Job summary

PASIA is seeking a Data Analyst Staff to collect, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to support management decisions and drive business improvements with data-driven insights.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations, identify trends, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver accurate, timely insights while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as stated.
• Proficiency in Excel, formulas, PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support management decisions
• Identify trends and insights from business and operational data
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data records
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and business performance
• Collaborate with departments to understand data reporting needs
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes
