Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a senior manager to lead data quality, governance, and information architecture initiatives. The role focuses on designing strategic plans, aligning resources with business goals, and driving data-driven decisions across D2V and subscribing systems.

You will oversee analytics, data quality checks, and platform-enabled solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and scalable governance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain such as Engineering, MIS, IT, Informatics, Business Management or related field.
• Significant experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the work of employees and ensure efficient business operations.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to attain company goals.
• Ensure team resources (people, materials, equipment, tools) are available to complete deliverables.
• Coordinate with business units to maximize productivity and performance.
• Supervise staff and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with business functions, partners and users.
• Assess team performance against KPIs, SLAs and metrics.
• Represent the team in meetings, events and conferences.
• Ensure adherence to COBC and legal guidelines.
