MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Data Entry Associate for an onsite day-shift role. This position focuses on back-office tasks such as uploading and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and supporting daily operations.

No prior BPO experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided. You will work with onshore and offshore teams, develop system proficiency, and grow through continuous learning and career advancement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Support Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in a call center or administrative support environment, even without prior experience.

The position primarily focuses on back-office tasks, including uploading and reviewing homemade invoices, ensuring information accuracy, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. There may also be opportunities to assist with additional back-office responsibilities handled by the Approvals and Verifications team.
