Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd. is seeking a Data Encoder in Metro Manila to manage crew documentation and data entry in our crewing systems. The role requires strong English skills, organizational ability, and proficiency with data systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining crew records, following up correspondence, and ensuring accurate data processing in our management system. Experience with Adonis HR Crewing System is a plus.

Formación

• Formal secretarial education or equivalent training/experience.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using crewing software and relevant data management systems.
• Familiarity with the Adonis HR Crewing System is an advantage.
• Typing / computer knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Following up on general correspondence.
• Maintaining records of crew documents in the company designated Data system.
• Maintaining other records and details in the company designated Data system.
• Communicate with crewing sources and agencies to obtain required documents for processing in the computerised system.
• Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System.
• Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System.
• Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures.
• Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement.
• Familiarity with the Adonis HR Crewing System is an advantage.
• Any other special tasks as may be assigned.

The Data Encoder Shall Have The Following Qualifications
