Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking a Schedule Reconciliation Specialist to ensure anesthesia scheduling records are complete and accurate. You will compare schedules from different sources and identify discrepancies to drive corrective actions.

You will analyze scheduling data to detect patterns, work with cross-functional teams to correct errors, and update records. You will generate reports on schedule accuracy and reconciliation status, ensuring all cases are billed promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
• Basic touch-10 key skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare schedules from different sources to identify inconsistencies.
• Analyze scheduling data to detect patterns and root causes of discrepancies.
• Work with relevant teams to correct scheduling errors and update records.
• Generate and distribute reports on schedule accuracy and reconciliation status.
• Ensuring all cases scheduled are received and reconciled.
• All cases should be monitored daily to ensure it is billed in a timely manner.
