Ventra Health in the Philippines is seeking a Schedule Reconciliation Specialist to ensure anesthesia schedules are complete and accurate, compare sources, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to keep records aligned.

You will analyze data, generate reports on schedule accuracy, work with teams to correct errors, and help ensure timely billing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables), Outlook and Word are preferred.

Job Summary

• The Schedule Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that anesthesia records received in the system are complete and accurate. This role involves comparing, analyzing, and reconciling schedules to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of related processes.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Compare schedules fromdifferent sourcestoidentifyinconsistencies.
• Analyze scheduling data to detect patterns and root causes of discrepancies.
• Work with relevant teams to correct scheduling errors and update records.
• Generate and distribute reports on schedule accuracy and reconciliation status.
• Ensuring all cases scheduled are received and reconciled.
• All cases should bemonitoreddaily to ensure it is billedin a timely manner.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder.

Compensation

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
