Advanced Energy is seeking a Planner Analyst to drive production planning excellence in its Batangas, Philippines facility. You will implement automated planning solutions, establish reliable baselines, and align resources with demand to improve efficiency and productivity.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, development of automated reports, and ongoing optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve on-time delivery and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, and manufacturing planning tools.
• Understanding of PPC and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to develop production, material, and capacity plans.
