AIA Shared Services in Manila is seeking a Data Analytics/Reporting Specialist to develop operations reports, monitor team performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

You will identify data sources, design queries, create dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and collaborate with business units to translate metrics into improvements. Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, CS or related field.
• 2–3 years in data analytics, reporting, and metrics management.
• Experience with SAS, Python, SQL and BI tools.
