Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks a BI&A Specialist to create and maintain financial and business reports or dashboards using various BI tools, enabling management with operational and tactical decision making, while handling ETL from multiple sources.

The role involves gathering requirements, building dashboards with Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud, and collaborating with senior BI&A Specialists to deliver analytics solutions and AP-relevant reporting for global operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting with data visualization and modeling.
• Proficient with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Excel or equivalent data viz package.
• Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable knowledge/understanding.
• Good understanding of Tech/IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and communicate to stakeholders on dashboard development as a technical liaison.
• Maintain and create dashboards for reporting using Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• ETL of data from various sources for global reporting.
• Maintain dashboards in Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Transaction BI with enhancements.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support senior BI&A Specialists on deliverables and tasks.
• Document reports and dashboards per company standards.
