Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments are essential.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, retail, or distribution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales, market trends, promotions, seasonality, and business plans.
• Manage and continuously improve forecasting processes; monitor forecast accuracy and variances.
• Participate in the S&OP process; consolidate demand inputs from units and channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support inventory planning and product availability.
