Job summary

Private Advertiser, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner in Metro Manila. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure product availability while maintaining healthy stock levels.

You will collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to translate sales and market data into actionable plans, drive forecast accuracy, and support launches and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in demand planning or supply chain.
• Experience in luxury retail / beauty preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with forecasting tools.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate product demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Analyze sales, inventory and product performance data to identify trends.
• Translate data into actionable demand and inventory plans.
• Support inventory optimization and product availability.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and analyses for decisions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain to execute plans.
• Maintain planning data and administrative requirements.
• Support product launches and seasonal initiatives from a planning view.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
