Job summary

ING is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Wholesale Data Management & Analytics Platform in Manila (Makati). You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with Data Owners and stakeholders, and help ensure data is accurate, timely, complete, and ready for business consumption.

You’ll contribute to roadmap development, support data governance and analytics capabilities, and work in an Agile environment with international teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in data-driven, technology-enabled environments.
• Knowledge of Data Management and Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Mapping, and Data Profiling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working within global or international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and backlog items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Data Owners, and Data Stewards to understand and prioritize data needs.
• Support data analysis and investigation of operational issues.
• Contribute to roadmap development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product backlog visibility, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on priorities, operational needs, and business requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Help strengthen data governance, analytics capabilities, and data quality across Wholesale Banking.
