Job summary

ContactPoint 360 in Cebu, Philippines seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and organize data to support wise business decisions. You will coordinate data implementation projects with data professionals and communicate with the management team.

Responsibilities include developing and optimizing SQL queries, building Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, and designing end-to-end data models for business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information management, finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Power BI hands‑on experience and other dashboarding platforms.
• Experience with information management.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Experience with big data tools and relevant computer software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries (including CTEs and subqueries).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
• Help develop analytical tools and programs.
• Design and manage end-to-end data models for business needs.
• Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee projects.
• Analyze trends, data, and reports to derive root causes.
• Perform deep data analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation of reports or processes.
