Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Solutions Engineer - Data Center to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade data center solutions across the full project lifecycle. You will closely collaborate with customers, sales teams, and project stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, site surveys, design and integration of networking, storage, compute, virtualization, and security, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or IT discipline.
• 3–4 years in IT infrastructure, networking, and/or cybersecurity.
• Experience in data center environments or enterprise IT projects.
• Hands-on with two or more vendor platforms (Cisco, Nutanix, HPE, Huawei).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center solutions from pre-sales planning to deployment and support.
• Conduct site surveys and requirements gathering to design appropriate solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and integrate data center tech including networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and security.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization during deployment and operations.
• Serve as technical lead in customer engagements with clear communication.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Deliver technical presentations to technical and management audiences.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, PM, and operations to align solutions with business goals.
• Stay current on emerging tech, standards, and vendor roadmaps.
