Job summary

Globe is seeking a Data Center Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a data center site. The role requires leadership to manage the operations team, maintain facility standards, and ensure reliable service delivery to clients.

You will also drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement through new technologies. Reporting to the Head of Regional Operations, the position emphasizes collaboration, high performance, and a strong focus on client satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling and security.
Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing site operations team.
Deep knowledge of data center operations principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the data center site.

Maintain data center facility and ensure power, cooling, and security systems operate effectively.
