Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Able to reason analytically and solve problems.

• Strong knowledge of hardware and software aspects of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring data center systems and programs.
• Perform routine tasks defined in the data center run sheet.
• Execute processes and batch jobs completely and accurately.
• Manage daily production schedule and respond to user requests.
• Communicate data center processes and batch job completion; route questions as needed.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving hardware/software problems and network issues.
• Prepare and submit data center reports to the Associate, Data Center Operations.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
