Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst for Makati, Philippines. This onsite dayshift role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, extracting data from Dynamics 365, and ensuring data quality across reporting systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in data reporting or BI, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and D365 reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Collaborate with business units to translate reporting requirements into solutions.

• D365 Data Management and ETL from Dynamics 365 and in-house systems.
• Ensure data integrity across D365 and reporting systems.

About the job Reporting & Data Analyst (Makati) | Onsite

Shift: Dayshift / 8:30am- 5:30PM ( M-F) / (First Saturday of the month is working, all other Saturday and Sundays are off.)

Responsibilities:

• Design, Download, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, and D365 native reporting tools(Power BI is a plus).
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Monitor data quality, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.
• D365 Data Management
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and inhouse enterprise software (Finance & Operations, Sales, or other modules as applicable).
• Ensure data integrity and consistency within D365 and related reporting systems.
• Process Improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and reporting standards.
• Identify gaps in existing reports or data flows and propose enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting Management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or other relevant modules).
• Proficiency in Excel
