Be Part of Our Next Chapter of Growth and Success!
We're entering our next stage of growth, building an offshore ERP and data capability, and creating a workplace culture that values accuracy, ownership and measurable results.
We're hiring a Data & AI Analyst to lead data governance and KPI reporting across a multi-country group, building and maintaining NetSuite dashboards and reports as the single version of the truth, and running our AI use-case pipeline from first idea to delivered, measured benefit.
This is a hands-on delivery role anchored in data modelling, reporting and AI use cases, with sustained project time. You'll work as part of a two-person offshore team alongside our NetSuite Support Administrator, bringing a distinct and complementary discipline, with the benefits you deliver measured and reported to the board every quarter.
Our North American users are supported asynchronously through the dashboards and reporting you maintain, so clear definitions, reliable data and strong documentation are at the heart of the role.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Data & AI Analyst, you'll support the business across data governance and quality, dashboards and reporting, the AI use-case pipeline, AI enablement and adoption, benefits tracking, and documentation.
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish and maintain data quality standards across the group, including a Group KPI dictionary with common definitions agreed with the relevant function heads
- Monitor the quality of master and transactional data in NetSuite and connected systems, identifying issues and routing corrections to the right data owner
- Build the governed data foundations that let AI work safely on company data
- Build and maintain NetSuite-native dashboards, saved searches and datasets as a single version of the truth for finance, sales, operations and marketing, reconciled to the group management accounts
- Own the Group KPI dashboards and analytical datasets, delivering near-real-time KPI reporting with agreed definitions and owners
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and provide accurate, well-structured data for downstream reporting and BI tools
- Report consistently across all group subsidiaries, handling multi-currency, multi-subsidiary consolidation and intercompany eliminations in line with Group Finance methods
- Track developments across the fast-moving AI market, assess what matters to the business and bring forward practical recommendations
- Support early adoption of NetSuite Next and its native AI and analytics capabilities as they launch
- Run the pipeline of AI use cases from idea to delivered benefit, prioritized with our IT leadership
- Deliver early, visible wins across finance reconciliations and reporting, sales quoting and account insight, operations order and stock data, and marketing content and analytics
AI Enablement & Adoption
- Support staff in using approved AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, well every day through training, guidance and practical examples
- Help establish and support an AI champions network across every department
- Help develop, and then work within, our AI governance framework covering acceptable use, data protection and quality standards
- Use company data only in approved, tenant-controlled AI tools, with least-privilege access and audited activity, in line with UK, EU and North American data protection obligations
Benefits Tracking & Documentation
- Baseline and measure the hours, capacity and £ value each use case releases, using a methodology agreed with Group Finance
- Prepare quarterly benefits reporting with IT leadership for the board, with benefits validated by Group Finance before submission
- Maintain the record of delivered use cases, their owners and their measured results
- Document all datasets, dashboards, prompts and automations in company-controlled repositories so that no knowledge depends on a single individual
What We're Looking For
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills with SQL or equivalent, and proven experience building dashboards and reports
- NetSuite reporting experience (SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches, datasets and dashboards), or equivalent hands-on reporting in a multi-subsidiary cloud ERP, with the ability to become proficient in NetSuite quickly
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools inside real business processes, such as LLM assistants, automation platforms or machine learning services, with measurable results
- Experience working with ERP or business-system data in an analyst, BI or data role, including multi-entity, multi-currency reporting (consolidation and intercompany)
- An understanding of core business processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
- Prior experience supporting UK, US or other international clients or business units in an offshore or remote capacity
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, and confidence working with non-technical users
- A learning mindset, energized by a fast-moving AI landscape and disciplined about separating signal from hype
- An analytical and methodical approach, turning messy business data into definitions, structures and numbers people can trust
- Ownership of delivery through to measured benefit, keeping stakeholders informed along the way
- A clear communicator who collaborates daily across distributed teams and time zones, and can explain data and AI concepts to non-technical users
- A pragmatic approach to AI, choosing the simplest tool that delivers the benefit and being open about what it cannot do
- Experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool is a plus
- Exposure to AI governance, acceptable-use or data-protection frameworks is a plus
- Experience with Celigo or similar integration platforms is a plus
- Basic exposure to SuiteScript, Python or workflow automation tools is a plus
