Job summary

People Work Smart in Angeles City, Pampanga is seeking a Data & AI Analyst to lead data governance, KPI reporting, and NetSuite dashboard management for a multi-country group. You’ll ensure a single version of the truth across finance, sales, operations and marketing.

The role combines data modelling, reporting and AI use cases, working with a small offshore team and delivering measurable benefits and clear documentation to the board on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

Strong data analysis and modelling skills with SQL or equivalent.
Hands-on NetSuite reporting experience (SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL) or equivalent.
Experience with ERP data, multi-entity, multi-currency reporting.
Familiarity with AI tools and driving measurable benefits.
Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Establish data quality standards and a group KPI dictionary.
Maintain NetSuite dashboards, saved searches and datasets.
Own group KPI dashboards with near real-time reporting.
Run the AI use-case pipeline from idea to delivered benefit.
Document datasets, dashboards and prompts in controlled repositories.
