Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Data Analytics & Simulation specialist. Based at the Finance Center, Taguig, this hybrid role combines data processing, modelling and forecasting to drive business decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to extract data, build datasets, and monitor KPIs to measure initiative success. You will develop dashboards, graphs and visualizations, lead end-to-end analytics projects for logistics and distribution, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent).
• Strong communication and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL/Oracle and BI visualization tools.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
• Team collaboration across multiple workstreams and leadership alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data processing analysis and develop multiple scenarios using simulation tools.
• Build reports and dashboards from pre-processed data to extract insights.
• Collaborate with analysts and other workstreams to process information.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to drive improvements.
• Develop end-to-end analytical solutions for logistics and distribution.
