Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle.
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability for critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Model data by providing clean, accurate and structured data sets for multiple users.
• Develops and maintains databases and data systems; reorganizes data for readability.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses and forecasting using PMI analytics tools.
• Builds reports and dashboards on pre-processed data and visualizes insights.
• Leads initiative on optimization and process improvement with leadership.
• Monitors KPIs and supports data-driven decision making.
